In short: ACTION·NOW has no account and no cloud. We collect nothing. Your recordings, scripts, speech recognition and multi-device connections all stay on your own devices and your local Wi-Fi — they never reach us.

Data we collect

None. ACTION·NOW does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. There is no sign-up, no login, and no analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.

How your content is handled

Recordings & scripts are saved only to the workspace folder you choose on your own Mac or device. They are never uploaded anywhere.
Camera, microphone and screen are used solely to produce your recording on your device. The captured audio and video are not sent to us or to any third party.
Speech recognition (AI teleprompter) runs entirely on-device. Your voice is processed locally to follow your script and is never transmitted off your device.
Multi-device director connects your iPhone or iPad to your Mac directly over your local Wi-Fi network (LAN). This traffic stays between your own devices and does not pass through our servers.

Permissions we request

The app asks for Screen Recording, Microphone, Camera and Local Network access only to perform the recording and director features you initiate. You can grant or deny each one, and revoke them anytime in System Settings. Denying a permission only disables the related feature.

Third parties

ACTION·NOW contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking. We do not sell or share any data, because we do not collect any.

Children

ACTION·NOW is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed at children. As it collects no data, it collects no data from children.

你的内容如何处理

录制文件与脚本仅保存到你在自己 Mac 或设备上选定的工作区文件夹,绝不上传到任何地方。
摄像头、麦克风与屏幕仅用于在你的设备上完成录制;采集到的音视频不会发送给我们或任何第三方。
语音识别(AI 提词)完全在设备端运行。你的声音在本地处理以跟随脚本,绝不传出你的设备。
多端导播通过本地 Wi-Fi(局域网)把 iPhone/iPad 直接连到你的 Mac,数据只在你自己的设备之间流转,不经过我们的服务器。

我们申请的权限

App 申请屏幕录制、麦克风、摄像头与本地网络权限,仅用于执行你主动发起的录制与导播功能。你可逐项允许或拒绝,并随时在「系统设置」中撤销。拒绝某项权限只会停用对应功能。

第三方

即刻·ACTION 不含任何第三方分析、广告或追踪。我们不出售、不分享任何数据 —— 因为我们根本不收集。

儿童

即刻·ACTION 是面向大众的效率工具,并非面向儿童。由于不收集任何数据,自然也不收集儿童的数据。
